Seminar: Cracking the code of corrosion in concrete

On November 14, 2025, Teknologisk Videndeling will host a full-day seminar at DTU Lyngby focusing on maintenance, durability and corrosion protection of reinforced concrete structures.

The day offers a strong professional program with several presentations from leading experts and covers topics such as:

  • corrosion mechanisms in reinforced concrete
  • monitoring and sensor technology
  • cathodic protection and measurement techniques
  • chloride penetration, spray zone impact and modern concrete formulations

Participation from the CorroSense project

CorroSense is represented by Brian Kofoed from FORCE Technology, who will give the presentation “Corrosion monitoring in concrete”. He will give a status on the project and discuss the future of sensors in concrete structures.
